These Terms of Use shall be governed exclusively by applicable Canadian federal law and the law of the Province of Ontario, excluding their choice of laws provisions. Venue for any litigation or arbitration shall reside exclusively in Richmond Hill, Ontario.

If any provision of this agreement is held to be unlawful, void, void able or unenforceable, then such provision shall be severable without affecting the enforceability of the other provisions. No user shall be permitted to waive these Terms of Use without the prior express written consent of SynFine.
